Clearly Petroleum is an independent oil and gas company focused on the development and acquisition of properties with exploration and development upside in the onshore domestic United States.  We operate over 500 producing wells in Texas and Louisiana covering over 33,500 net acres with exposure to the Olmos, Caddo, Frio, and Miocene.

    Our Operations

We strive to achieve extraordinary operational results by managing the details, partnering with the right contractors and by learning and improving every step of the way.  We take pride in our work and are not afraid of rolling up our sleeves to complete our operations safely, properly and cost effectively.

    Our Strategy

We seek to leverage our in-house engineering, geoscience and land expertise on assets that allow us to excel in all facets of an opportunity's development.  We leverage our industry network to seek out specific opportunities where we can achieve both play and operational excellence.  And we prudently execute what we say we will do and deliver results.

    Our Mission

At Clearly Petroleum, our focus is exploiting and acquiring conventional oil and gas properties that deliver stable cash flows and predictable returns, yet offer low risk upside opportunities for our investors.  We primarily acquire producing properties with upside in operational enhancements or additional in-fill or offset drilling.

    HSE

We make every effort to comply with or exceed all federal, state, and local safety standards, and are committed to providing all the resources needed to promote and execute safe and environmentally responsible operations.

    OUR OPERATED FIELDS

    AWP:  McMullen County, Texas

Clearly Petroleum presently holds 15,196 gross / 12,883 net acres.  Production comes primarily from the Olmos Formation which is a fine-grained deltaic sand.  CP plans to increase production by continuing a successful re-frac program and infill drilling

    Blessings:  Matagorda County, Texas

Clearly Petroleum's Blessing Field acreage consists of 2,258 gross/net acres.  Upside lies in numerous recompletion opportunities, as well as additional exploitation opportunities that will likely develop through detailed geological mapping.

Bosco:  Acadia and St. Landry Parish, Louisiana

748 gross/net acres.  Increased production is anticipated through artificial lift conversions and increased water disposal capacity.

    IAB Northeast:  Coke County, Texas

Acreage totals are 4.735 gross and 3,586 net acres, 100% held by production.  Production of this mature field is driven by waterflood;  Clearly Petroleum expects production to be significantly increased through infill drilling and by continuing the 5-phase waterflood program that is currently in progress.

    Brookshire:  Waller County, Texas

Clearly Petroleum's Brookshire Field acreage consists of 2,460 gross/net acres, all held by production.  CP believes there is an opportunity to increase production through artificial lift conversions, increased disposal capacity, as well as continued geological exploration/exploitation.

    Stephens County, Texas

The Stephens County assets consist of 7843 gross acres / 7510 net acres in and around Breckenridge and Eliasville Fields.  Production is from the Pennsylvanian Caddo Limestone which is a vugular carbonate. Future plans consist of recompletes, infill drilling, and enhanced oil recovery.
